CHECK THE DELIVERY DATE
Before concluding your order you can check the delivery date by which you will receive your purchase in the shopping cart summary page and at the bottom of the same page next to the order confirmation text!
From the moment we ship your order, generally, the delivery will take place in about 24/48 hours for most places in Italy. The delivery, however, takes place in 72 hours to Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, Islands (Elba Island, Capri, Lampedusa, Giglio Island, Tremiti and other smaller islands) and remote locations .
DELIVERY TIME
The timing of receipt of the goods change based on:
- Availability of the article
- Quantity ordered
- Shipping address
The expected delivery date can be viewed by opening the product sheet of the item you are interested in or from the cart. If you are purchasing multiple items, the final shipping date will be shown in the cart. Delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and remote delivery areas or places where the postal service is limited, may belong to this latter category, for example, mountain resorts or islands. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will try to deliver a second time, after which the order will be kept in the courier's warehouses until we are informed, please contact us for any changes in the shipping address .
Delivery times also vary depending on whether the items are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE , or TO BE CUSTOMIZED , and must therefore be ordered directly from our goldsmith.
SHIPPING COST
FOR ALL ORDERS IN ITALY, STARTING FROM 49 €, SHIPMENTS ARE FREE.
* For orders of less than € 49 , the shipping cost is € 7.90.
The costs for SHIPMENTS ABROAD depend on the State in which you ship, you can check the cost of shipping when purchasing inside your cart. Just select the country of delivery and the cost of shipping will appear immediately.
INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
When your order is shipped we send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of your purchase . In this communication you will find the tracking link that will allow you to track your shipment. INSURED SHIPPING
Our shipments are all strictly insured for the full value of the product at no additional cost. IsideCreazioni.it undertakes to replace the object in the event of: loss, damage, theft or fire during shipment . If the ordered item is no longer available, we will refund.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR EXTRACEE ORDERS
Deliveries to a country not belonging to the European Union can be subject to taxes and customs duties when they enter an Extracee country. These fees are not dependent on IsideCreazioni but from the customs of the country of destination. Any tax and any customs charges are borne by the buyer. IsideCreazioni.it cannot know in advance any taxes and customs duties as they vary from country to country. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority or the GLS customer service in your country. This fee paid by the recipient is collected by the courier upon delivery or subsequently by issuing an invoice.
